Der GroBe Rote aus Down Under - special tasting presented by Winestyle Australia President, Danny Macmahon
As a special feature of ProWein 2008, Danny Macmahon was invited as a guest speaker to present a guided tasting of the highly awarded Lake Breeze 'Bernoota' Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon.Held at the Meininger Weinsalon, other guest speakers included Jörg Sievers (Meininger Press) and Tim Lockwood (Wine Australia).
In his presentation, Danny explained that ‘Bernoota' was the original name given to the homestead on the Lake Breeze property – an Aboriginal name for ‘camp among the gum trees'.
